Chageover means the pross of switching from the production of one product or part number to anther in a machine or a series of linked machines by changing parts, dies,molds,fixtures,etc.
In manufacturing, changeover is the process of converting a line or machine from running one product to another.

Chageover time is measured as the time elapsed between the last piece in the run just completed and the first good piece from the process after the changeover.
