Standardization
Everything surrounding us， if left uncontrolled， will be out of rules and become chaotic.
Therefore,there comes necessity for standardization.
Standardization means the activity to establish the documented procedure in order to control the situation in an optimum way. The documented procedure made under consensus is called the standard.
There are intemational standard like ISO or IEC and national standard like JIS in Japan.
The standard aims to make items common and simple， so that quality of industrial products can be improved, efficiency of production and utilization be improved, and to achieve fair transaction.
Based on such international and domestic standard, each organization should develop various internal standards and procedures.
in recent years， standards are has become very important prerequisite as the platform of technology.Therefore，competition is increasing among organization so that their strong technology can be adopted as standard.
