Continuous improvement
ln the process of maintaining current technical standard you should take action against abnormalities and to stabilize the process condition within smaller nuctuation. Kaizen is to improve upon this stabilized condition to make it better.
lf you remain in the same situation， you cannot escape from current status， 1et alone detect any problems. Even if you happen to be able to improve some thing if not standardized， the situation may go back to the original situation. Therefore，control and improvement must go hand in hand in order to upgrade technical level. Rotate PDCA cycle and go up the spiral continuously,which is called the continuous improvement.
