Process management

There are many disturbing factors in the workshop which cause fluctuation of quality and other troubles. The activity to maintain the workshop under control is called process management and is composed of following step:
1.To set objective and standard
2.To establish method to achieve objective
3.To train workers
4.To implement job
5.To check whether the job is proceeding as planned
6.To take corrective action
7.To check result of corrective action

The above step is called SDCA cycle.
